BIOSTER is a multifilament, synthetic, non-absorbable, sterile, braided and coated suture made by polyester (polyethylene terephthalate). The suture is coated with wax or silicone.
BIOSTER is a multifilament, synthetic, non-absorbable, sterile, braided and coated suture made by polyester (polyethylene terephthalate). The suture is coated with wax or silicone layer which acts mechanically as a lubricant, improving suture passage through the tissue and qualitative handling of the suture.
The suture is green and it is available in various suture sizes and lengths.
BIOSTER is available non-needled or attached to different types and sized of stainless-steel needles using permanent technique.
