BIONIL MONO’x is a monofilament, synthetic, non-absorbable, sterile suture made of polyamide (type 6.6).

The suture is white (undyed), blue or black and it is available in various suture sizes and lengths.

BIONIL MONO’x is available non-needled or attached to different types and sized of stainless-steel needles.

PROPERTIES :

BIONIL MONO’x sutures elicit initially a minimal inflammatory reaction of tissue, followed by gradual encapsulation of the suture by fibrous connective tissue. While BIONIL MONO’x sutures are not absorbed, progressive hydrolysis in vivo may result in gradual loss over time of tensile strength.
